Risen Red

The Red is rising at a fast pace. The crest was suppose to be on Saturday, March 28 and now they have moved it up to Friday , March 27. They have also raised the crest.
These pictures are from March, 14th, 19th and 22nd. The river today is at 4 feet above flood stage.
